As far as i know the heartbeat should be visible by 6.5 weeks on ultrasound. They scheduled another ultrasound for two weeks later (July 20th). I miscarried naturally about 2.5 weeks after my initial 8 week ultrasound, or 4.5 weeks after growth stopped.
